Therapeutic massage (Outcall-Wed Only)

Session customized to your needs/goals. Intuitively led using various modalities/add-ons may include swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, MFR, cupping, salt stones, essential oils, heated/non-heated IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), targeted application of various topicals (CBD, magnesium, theraworkx, warming muscle creams/balms). 

Please note on the "Reason for Visit" form if you'd like any add-ons for your session so they can be prepared for you.

Energy balancing (Office-Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)

Reiki is defined as Universal Life Force Energy that uses gentle hand placements upon the body to redirect energy which may be blocked or altered, to be released and allow to flow more freely.

This is a traditional Reiki session and does not include massage.

Buccal intraoral facial (Office-Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)

This treatment provides both therapeutic AND aesthetic benefits! It consists of a 4 part protocol starting with facial remodeling massage.  The purpose here is to reduce muscle tension and stuck fascia while also promoting a contouring effect.  Next is Guasha (tissue scraping) for the full face.  Step 3 is sanitized/gloved intraoral massage.  Here, we will work on the sensitive muscle tissue inside the mouth to help release tension around the mouth and jaw.   Step 4 is facial cupping.  Lymphatic drainage will be performed as needed throughout and in between all of these steps.  The second and last steps will provide lifting and toning to help soften lines, improve circulation, reduce tension and puffiness, improve posture and the overall appearance of the face and neck without  having to have any injections.

This service is best for those who suffer from TMJD, migraines and other headache disorders, tech neck, history of auto accidents/falls/impact injuries, excessive head/neck/shoulder and postural dysfunctions, Trigeminal Neuralgia, and many other pathologies/conditions not listed here.  

Even if aesthetic benefit is not your goal, it will be a positive side effect of this service while you receive therapeutic benefit.  
This service generally requires a series of sessions scheduled weekly until desired results are achieved.  Maintenance sessions can then be scheduled anywhere from twice per month, every 3 weeks or whatever frequency you feel suits your needs. 
This is a 60min hands on service with 15min reserved for intake, consent forms, before and after photos. Reserve 75-90 min for your appointment time.

*Note: you cannot receive this service if you have had Botox or filler within 2 weeks.

Exactly what it sounds like! This treatment is for those who don't want to choose between having their arms, legs or back massaged and having their jaw massaged.  Booking this service gets you the best of both worlds.

*This is a 60 min therapeutic massage transitioned back to back into the buccal intraoral facial. Reserve 2.5 hours of time for your appointment. The scheduled "table-time" is two hours.
